We do require non members, as well as inexperienced members, to contact the walk leader first to get their approval to attend the clubwalk.

Details	Kingsthorpe is situated approximately 30Km west of Toowoomba. We shall meet at the Cobb and Co Museum free car park (27 Lindsay Street) at 7.45am sharp and car pool from there. To get to Kingsthorpe we head west along Bridge Street onto the Warrego Highway. We pass Gowrie Mountain on our left and turn right to Kingsthorpe. We shall park our cars at the Recreation Centre, Goombungee Road in Kingsthorpe and take a stroll through parkland, Rosalie Walk to Settlers Park. From there we take an uphill climb to Mt Kingsthorpe Park where we will have some great views of the township and surrounding countryside. We shall then backtrack to the Recreation Centre for morning tea and toilet stop. We should be back at Cobb and Co by 11am. Please bring a water bottle, morning tea, hat and walking shoes.
